The residence “Les Jardins De La Paix” consists of 3 small buildings that are synonymous with habitation with a private park for the residents as well as a vegetable garden, for bio-agriculture.
The buildings have reinforced thermal insulation and airtightness, in order to meet the criteria of the PASSIVE buildings of Brussels 2015.
This is a project of 103 spacious apartments with maximum privacy.
The project consists of the construction of a set of 103 homes spread over 3 buildings consisting of 7 residences:
- Residence A, B and F are accessible from Vliegpleinstraat;
- The residences C, D and E are accessible from the closed courtyard of the project;
- The H / I house is accessible via Dekosterstraat. This residence also has access to the inner esplanade.
These 103 homes are built on 2 levels of basement:
- The basement -1 is intended for 103 homes with a private parking space for 91 vehicles accessible from the street of the Vliegpleinstraat;
- The basement -2 is mainly used for a public parking for 97 vehicles accessible from Dekosterstraat;
